It begins with the office staff. There’s always a cordial voice answering the telephone. The technicians come by wearing their uniform shirts and nametags. The techs are always familiar faces. Mills Heating & Air has been maintaining my complex for eight years. During this time we have had the same techs. It’s amazing and self-assuring to know that I have someone so familiar with the entire site equipment.

Our service manager drops in and calls several times a month to check up on things. He’s very informative on what is federally mandated and knowledgeable on efficient products and safety issues.

Reliable
I count on the office staff to schedule monthly/bi-monthly filter changes. The techs keep me informed if they see any issues while changing filters. If a repair is spotted the office has a service proposal back within 24 hours. It’s been my experience when I call Mills they come to our rescue. Most calls occur during regular hours so they come the day called. It’s not often that we may call really late however, Mills has an after hours answering service. They take the information and a technician is dispatched first thing the next morning.

Reasonable
Mills Heating & Air are very competitive in their pricing. Service agreements can be negotiated to include discounted services.

I observe Mills as a family oriented business. The employees are pleasant, hard working and certainly seem to like what they do.

To summarize in three words: Professional, Reliable and Reasonable.
