For the past 3+ years I have worked in the Vacation Rental industry from Navarre to Panama City. During this time I have enjoyed a great working relationship with Mills Heating and Air. As Director of Operations, I have had the opportunity to contact Mills for everything from an emergency call out on a rental unit A/C to the major task of coordinating the replacement of almost 100 roof top units for an entire high rise condo. Although there have been occasional concerns or issues, especially on the larger jobs, Jackson White, Mills Service Manager, always quickly resolved any problems to my satisfaction in a pleasant, reassuring and professional manner. I applaud great customer service whenever I find it, and Mills A/C truly delivers great customer service at every level of their service delivery chain.

Their invoices and statements are timely and accurate, and the accounting staff is always a pleasure to work with.
