As the Director of Maintenance for ABEC Resorts, formally Resort Property Management, I am responsible for the care and maintenance of over 1000 HVAC units ranging from 9000 BTU High Wall to 20 Ton package units. Over the last few years, changes in laws, equipment, training and working pressures prompted me to outsource our HVAC repair needs.
